<description>Inventory of sustainable materials, bamboo and linoleum, for Musiktorvet / Cafe Beta on Amager, Copenhagen. The challenge was to create maximum flexibility so that it simply can be changed from cafe to venue.
Effekt architects have designed the rebuilding of the entire Musiktorvet, which further includes venues, theater and rehearsal rooms. We have also collaborated on outdoor furniture for the café and lounge areas. All areas will be finished in summer 2012.

<description>How could I choose just one color?
There are so many fine ones ..
and is tomorrow's most orange or blue?

My inspiration came when I was sifting in Hallingdal swatches.
- I hereby give the opportunity to experience the diversity of several
Colors in a piece of furniture.

As one of 15 selected designers from Scandinavia, I was invited by Kvadrat to create a piece of furniture that included textiles. More exactly Kvadrat Hallingdal textile by Nanna Ditzel, who has been around for 46 years as one of the pillar’s of Kvadrat’s foundation. The idea behind the project was to invite designers from Europe, Scandinavia, China &#38; Japan and have selected works included in an exhibition to celebrate the Hallingdal texile.

Status: Settled / Materials: Hallingdal textile, coated steel / Kvadrat / Renders: Dull Days

<description>The idea of the pylons is to create a platform for communication and interaction. Instead of having only one-way communication, the furniture can also be used to lie or sit on and be a more natural part of the street scene. There can be fitted 1,2,3 or 4 sides on the boxes which gives the opportunity for combining them in many unique formations.
Gade Grej´s (street gear) Pylons works as poster stands and information columns. They are ideal for outdoor advertising campaigns, and with a height of over two meters are perfect as an eye catcher. They are sturdy and can withstand wind and weather. The pylons have been immensely popular among our customers and has been rented out many times among other to: CPH: DOX, Strøm Festival and Copenhagen municipality.

<description>In collaboration with Onesto Mong I have developed a new campaign furniture. The concept is part of the Library Centre for Integration's new communication platform Stick Out! Reach Out, which promotes materials for the many multilingual library users in Denmark. The platform offers great flexibility in the form of magnetic add ons, such as letters and photo pockets. The furniture is being tested and the results documented for further development. The test runs throughout the year and is to be found at Esbjerg, Fredericia, Vollsmose libraries.

<description>The room divider is designed to reduce noise and create a more private space in work situations. The design makes it possible to keep visually oriented of what is happening around you and the padded bats absorb much of the sound. The private space enhances your concentration without closing out the surroundings. Collapsible easily folds in and out as needed. The system basically consists of 2 different parts on a supporting structure.

<description>Bottle Series is a series of jugs, glasses and bowls in glass. Main idea behind the series is that the greatest jug forms the basis for the shape of the other elements. The idea of this approach has been to create a series with a clear affinity, but with a completely individual expression.
To emphasize the bond, parts are made after Incalmo technique that makes it possible to put colored glass together. The colors indicate exactly where the different parts are taken from the at the jar, and gives the series great decorative value.
